After a nauseating trip over the seven seas, Daria Scario arrives into town drenched in rainwater and feathers. Set on a mission from her coven to secure a stolen spell that can open realms within the waters, Daria is determined to find the creatures responsible: sirens.

As she tries to suppress her hunger for flesh and blood amongst the town’s humans, she finds herself inexplicably intrigued by a new comer. Her name is Daria, a rogue traveler who says she is seeking antiquarian books for her collection.

As they navigate the dangers of their proximity and their own agendas, both Daria and Artery might not be able to resist their own dark desires.
